Mid-Columbia River Regional Master Plan & Integrated Environmental Assessment

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (Corps) is making available for public review the 60% draft Mid-Columbia River Regional Master Plan and Integrated Environmental Assessment (EA) for Corps-owned lands associated with Bonneville, The Dalles, John Day and Willow Creek projects. Integrated into the master plan is an EA, prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Council on Environmental Quality’s NEPA regulations (40 C.F.R. parts 1500-1508), and the Corps’ NEPA regulations (33 C.F.R. part 230).

Environmental Assessment and draft Finding of No Significant Impact for Hammond Small Boat Basin Disposal

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, is providing for public review and public comment the Hammond Small Boat Basin Disposal Environmental Assessment (EA) and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). USACE is proposing to convey by quitclaim deed the Hammond Small Boat Basin (Basin) to the City of Warrenton (City), located in Clatsop County, Oregon. The EA and FONSI will be available for public comment for 15-days after the date of this public notice.
