Portland District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) invites the public to comment on the Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis (EE/CA) Report for the Upland Operable Unit (OU) of Bradford Island in Cascade Locks, Oregon. The EE/CA identifies and evaluates potential removal alternatives for sources of contamination within the Upland OU at the Bradford Island National Priorities List (NPL) site.

Interested parties are hereby notified that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (USACE) is seeking public comments on a draft 2025 Master Plan (MP) and Environmental Assessment (EA) for Cottage Grove and Dorena Lakes in the Willamette River Basin, Lane County, Oregon. As part of its commitment to public involvement, USACE will host three public meetings and one virtual meeting to gather input from the community on how to best manage the natural and recreational resources at these lakes.

Corps Posts the Willamette Valley Project National Historic Preservation Act Section 106 Programmatic Agreement Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Report

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District entered into a programmatic agreement with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and the Oregon State Historic Preservation Officer regarding compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for undertakings related to the operations and maintenance of the Willamette Valley Project in Benton, Lane, Linn, and Marion Counties, Oregon.
