Proposed changes: Joint Regulatory permit application

Both Portland District and the Oregon Dept. of State Lands use the same “joint permit application” form, which supports both agencies' requirements for wetland and waterway regulatory programs in Oregon. A new draft form is being proposed and both the Corps and DSL are seeking review and comment on this draft application form until June 29, 2013.
