Proposal to accept funds from Northwest Natural Gas for North Mist pipeline project

Marci Johnson is the point-of-contact for this special public notice announcing the preliminary intent to accept funds from Northwest Natural Gas for the North Mist pipeline project to expedite the Department of the Army’s processing of North Mist’s proposed request to modify a federally constructed flood risk reduction project by constructing new underground gas storage capacity through the development of the Adams reservoir. Expiration date for this 30-day notice is Dec. 14, 2015.
