The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, Regulatory Branch (Corps) is hosting two listening sessions, Sept. 23, at Roseburg Public Library for the community to engage directly with the Corps regarding the Regulatory Programs, including processes, changes, and area projects.

Due to limited capacity (100 people), participants who wish to comment or ask questions are required to sign up in advance. The events will also be broadcast virtually.

There will be brief welcoming remarks, introductions, and announcements. The intention is to spend most of the time listening to comments from the public and Q&A. The sessions will also feature a short introductory overview on how the Regulatory Program works.
Public Comment Information:
- Prior Sign-Up: To ensure that all voices are heard, questions/comments will be addressed by those who sign up in advance, followed by in-person attendees as time allows.
- Speaker Time: Each speaker will be allotted approximately 5 minutes, alternating between in-person and virtual
