    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is establishing a Danger Zone in the Pacific Ocean offshore of Camp Rilea, Clatsop County, Oregon. The danger zone will be in force only during weapons range training activities scheduled and managed by Oregon National Guard personnel at Camp Rilea.
  • Corps of Engineers seeks comments on Oregon LNG permit review funding proposal

    The Portland District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is seeking public comment on its plan to accept funds from Clatsop Diking Improvement Company #9 on behalf of Oregon Liquefied Natural Gas. The Portland District will review Oregon LNG’s proposed request to modify federally constructed flood risk reduction projects and the Columbia River Federal Navigation Channel.
  • Corps releases Columbia River Salmonid Predation Final Environmental Impact Statement

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers today released the final Environmental Impact Statement to reduce predation on juvenile salmon and steelhead listed under the Endangered Species Act by a large population of double-crested cormorants in the Columbia River estuary.

Press Ctrl+V to paste the information from the Clipboard into the RSS Feed location box.
