Aerial photo of Sandy River Delta dam removal
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractors re-open an historic channel of the Sandy River near Portland, Ore., as part of a habitat restoration project. Partners include BPA, Portland Water Bureau and the U.S. Forest Service.
