Seung Yoo, U.S. Army Reservist and Los Angeles native, graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He began his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District in 2010, working in construction and structural design. In 2018, Yoo joined the Portland District at Bonneville Dam as a maintenance engineer.
