Final EA: Dredge Material Placement Network Modifications

Draft EA: Dredge Material Placement Network Modifications
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking public comments on a draft environmental assessment for continued maintenance of the Columbia River Federal Navigation Channel.
