Proposal to demolish, rebuild fire-damaged buildings at dredge fleet berthing and maintenance facility in Portland, Oregon

Interested parties are hereby notified that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (USACE) proposes to demolish and rebuild buildings damaged during a major fire at the Dredge Fleet Berthing and Maintenance Facility (U.S. Moorings Facility) located inland on the west bank of the Willamette River in Multnomah, County, Oregon, within the City of Portland.

Public Notice of Proposed Discharges of Fill Material for the Miller-Sands Rice Island Pile Dike Repair in Washington State

Interested parties are hereby notified that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (USACE) proposes to place fill material in order to perform repairs to the Miller Sands Rice Island Pile Dike System (MRPDS), located between river mile (RM) 22 and 26 of the Lower Columbia River (LCR) for the purpose of maintaining the congressionally authorized channel dimensions of the LCR Federal Navigation Channel (FNC), part of the Columbia and Lower Willamette Rivers (C&LW) Project.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, is seeking proposals from Non-Federal Public Entities and Non-Profit Entities interested in entering into a Challenge Cost-Sharing Cooperative Management Agreement (CCSCMA) for the purpose of collaboratively managing a designated recreation area at John Day Lock and Dam. CCSCMAs may be established for an initial term of up to ten (10) years, with an additional five (5) option years available without further competition.
