The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District entered into a programmatic agreement with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and the Oregon State Historic Preservation Officer regarding compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for undertakings related to the operations and maintenance of the Willamette Valley Project in Benton, Lane, Linn, and Marion Counties, Oregon.
Per Stipulation XI: Annual Reporting and Meeting, the Corps is required to report on the agency’s use of the programmatic agreement once a fiscal year and this report will include information from the prior fiscal year.
