    Corps seeks comments on draft Rogue water management plan

    We're seeking public comments on our draft plan for summer water management operations at our Rogue Basin dams.
  • Cottage Grove pool hosts Water Safety Play Day

    The Warren H. Daugherty Aquatic Center in Cottage Grove, Ore., will host a Water Safety Play Day Saturday, May 31, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Learn about swimming and boating safety through a variety of fun activities at this free event.
  • Corps of Engineers begins seasonal tours at The Dalles Dam

    The visitor center will be open weekends until mid-June. Beginning June 16, the visitor center will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Labor Day. After Labor Day the visitor center resumes its weekend schedule until it closes Sept. 28. The visitor center will reopen in May 2015. Weekend tours will be offered until the visitor center closes for the winter.
  • Corps to hold Foster Reservoir lower this summer

    Foster Reservoir has been filled to an elevation of 635 feet above sea level for the summer of 2014; about two feet lower than usual.
