Environmental Assessment and draft Finding of No Significant Impact for Hammond Small Boat Basin Disposal

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, is providing for public review and public comment the Hammond Small Boat Basin Disposal Environmental Assessment (EA) and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). USACE is proposing to convey by quitclaim deed the Hammond Small Boat Basin (Basin) to the City of Warrenton (City), located in Clatsop County, Oregon. The EA and FONSI will be available for public comment for 15-days after the date of this public notice.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District finalized the Environmental Assessment for the Mouth of the Columbia River Dredged Material Placement Sites Update: The Corps is adding East Sand Island as a shoreline placement site and an in-water placement site near North Head Lighthouse on the Washington coast.

Final Supplemental Enviromental Impact Statement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, is providing for public review, the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS) for the Mount St. Helens Long-Term Sediment Management Plan. USACE is the lead agency for the FSEIS under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 4321–4347.
