Interested parties are hereby notified that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (USACE) proposes to repair to the Columbia River (CR) Federal Navigation Channel (FNC) pile dikes on Cottonwood Island between River Miles (RM) 68-72 in Cowlitz County, Washington, near the town of Longview.
