Pair of eagles at The Dalles
A pair of bald eagles soars through the air at The Dalles Dam in February 2017. Each winter, as many as 60 bald eagles migrate south in search of food, and the Columbia River is a favorite winter vacation home. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) is excited to host its 13th annual Eagle Watch at the Dalles Dam Visitor Center Jan. 21, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
