Ron Twiner, project manager of The Dalles Lock and Dam operations, thanks former employees Dean Webster and Aaron Hagaman for their hard work and dedication to the Corps of Engineers during the construction of the facility on behalf of the current and past employees of The Dalles Lock and Dam. At least two current employees from each of the crews (engineering, operations, fisheries, rangers, maintenance, mechanical, structural, etc.) attended the ceremony, where The Dalles Lock and Dam was named a National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark.
