Employees integral to building and maintaining National Historic Civil Engineering Landmark
Ron Twiner, project manager of The Dalles Lock and Dam operations, thanks former employees Dean Webster and Aaron Hagaman for their hard work and dedication to the Corps of Engineers during the construction of the facility on behalf of the current and past employees of The Dalles Lock and Dam.
