Purpose: An application for a Department of the Army permit to restore, enhance, and preserve wetlands and tributaries in the project area, establishing an advanced mitigation area for ODOT. The site would provide advanced wetland, waters, and fish habitat mitigation for future ODOT projects that occur within the Lower Willamette 4th Field HUC Watershed.
