      <description>The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Northwestern Division recognized the Upper Rogue Watershed Association as its nominee for the Corps’ 2012 Excellence in Partnerships Award in a ceremony April 1 in Shady Cove, Ore.&lt;br/&gt;
